Director and founder of Lenguaventura Multiactivity /Kitesurfing Summer camps

Irene Weiss
Irene is the founder and former director of the Hispalense Spanish language school in Tarifa as well as the founder of Lenguaventura. Born in Switzerland she has been living in Spain since 1988. She is very enthusiastic about languages and foreign countries. When she started the Spanish language school in 1989 it was her dream come true and pretty soon the school was a meeting point for people from all over the world who come to Tarifa to learn Spanish and enjoy the bohemian lifestyle. With idealism and hard work a small language school turned into a multicultural Spanish language centre, focusing on linguistical exchange and Spanish culture. Irene was always convinced that Tarifa, situated at the southernmost tip of Europe, was the perfect place for a real immersion of the Spanish language and culture. Furthermore her passion for outdoor sports makes Tarifa the perfect place for her to live.

Since autumn 2007 Irene left her duties in Hispalense to dedicate all her time to the Lenguaventura programme.

During the Camp Irene is the contact person for parents.

Sabine Reichert
Sabine, certified in communication/marketing, left the city life of Germany in 2002 for the beauty and inspiration of Tarifa. She is an experienced outdoor enthusiast and a world traveller with an established background in trekking, biking, climbing and outdoor pursuits. Also a founder of Girasol Adventure company, Sabine is in charge of our sports activities, teambuilding programs and excursions. Her aim is to motivate our students to try out new sports and to enjoy the amazing nature on offer in Tarifa.

Gaspar Cuesta Estévez
Gaspar came to the Escuela Hispalense in 1991. In short he is intellectual, a Spanish philologist and has completed a doctorate in Spanish language. It is true Gaspar knows everything about Spanish grammar, Spanish people and Tarifa's history and culture. He never evades a question and he always knows the answer. Gaspar designed the didactic program for our Spanish courses here at Lenguaventura. He is also Head of study for the teachers at Lenguaventura and coordinates the courses with them. Furthermore, he is on hand to support the pupils with any academical help they may need.

Gaspar also is the new director of the Hispalense School of Spanish.

Nika Aull
Nika Aull is American and she is the director of English Time Academy. With more than 10 years working in education and personal experience with leaders in educational theory such as Howard Gardener (The Theory of Multiple Intelligences) and Bill Thompson (Evolution of Consciousness), she brings high-quality classes to the bilingual dimension of our program.
